These workouts are for anyone who is postpartum, has core or pelvic floor dysfunction, lower back pain, or simply wants to master the fundamentals of breath and deep core connection.

Make sure you are cleared for exercise by your doctor before beginning these workouts.

    Props Needed: A Pilates ball, a light resistance band, and an (optional) pair of light hand weights.

  • Inner Thigh High

    A workout to target and tone the inner thighs using the magic circle.

  • Rolling & Twisting

    A (beginner friendly) feel good series to open the shoulders, hips, and rib cage.

  • Wednesday 4/23 - Spinal Spirals

    Increase the mobility of the thoracic spine by twisting and spiraling the rib cage.

    Props Needed: A light or medium weighted long resistance band

  • Spinning Hips

    Indulge in a little hip TLC by working on rotation and lubrication of the joint.

    Props Needed: None

  • Inner And Outer Thighs

    Train the entire lower body, hips, and muscles of the deep core.

    Props Needed: Optional 1-2 lb ankle weights

  • Pelvic Floor Practice

    Re kinect with your pelvic floor and glutes in this mini series using a chair/ couch.

    Props Needed: A small ball and a chair (substitute without the ball if needed)

  • Standing Arm Series

    Reverse forward rounded posture with this quick, but effective series to open up the chest and target the muscles of the mid back, triceps, and lats. Perfect after sitting for long periods of time or breastfeeding.

    Props Needed: Optional 1-3lb weights.

  • Inner And Outer Thighs

    Train the deep core stabilizers and pelvic floor while firing the entire lower body.

  • Standing Upper Body

    Full body workout to strengthen the deep core and finish with some ballet inspired standing glute exercises.

  • Posture Corrector

    Reverse forward rounded posture with these three upper body exercises which can be done standing or sitting.

    Props Needed: 1 light weight resistance band

  • Full Body

    Connect to the glutes, hamstrings, pelvic floor, deep core, and posture muscles in this efficient full body workout.
