These routines are carefully designed to target and tone muscles in a slightly different way each day, ensuring that no muscle group is under worked or over worked.

  • Toned Arms For Better Posture

    Train the back of the arms and mid back muscles to create tone and definition in the upper body while improving posture and spinal health.

    Props Needed: A set of light dumbbells (5lb and 2 lb)

    Level: All levels

  • Thursday 6/25 - Core Posture

    Use a wall to practice optimal shoulder mechanics when doing core exercises.

  • Friday 6/26 - Perky Peach

    A short and sweet glute series that targets mostly the glute medius and minimus ie the two outer upper glute muscles that give the tush its rounded "peach" shape.

  • Saturday 6/27 - Arm Strength To Relieve Upper Trap Tightness

    An upper body series to actively relieve unwanted upper trap tension through engagement of the antagonist muscles.

    Props Needed: Pilates ring

  • Neck Relief

    In addition to mobilizing and strengthening the shoulder girdle, releasing and learning to lengthen the muscles in the back of the neck can be a helpful took in improving posture and neck tension.

    Props Needed: A yoga block (or two coffee table books) and a pair of yoga tune up balls.

  • Monday 6/29 - Lifted Glutes And Inner Thighs

    Move a little quicker through this fast paced, form focused lower body series with an emphasis on lifting the inner thighs and toning the glutes.

    Props Needed: A glider, a light resistance band, and an optional 1-3lb ankle weight.

  • Tuesday 6/30 - Twist & Tone

    A series of all twisting movements to detox the gut, improve thoracic mobility, and contour the waistline.

    Props Needed: A Pilates ball

  • Wednesday 7/1 - Toned Triceps

    Work your way through this tricep and upper body series that starts mild and progresses to full burnout. It's not easy, but it's quick and efficient.

  • Thursday 7/2 - Playing With Blocks

    Enjoy this creative, challenging, and fun full body workout using 2 yoga blocks.

  • Friday 7/3 - Foam Rolling For Tight IT Band/ Lateral Knee Pain

    Most people have tight IT bands. But, instead of rolling directly on the band of connective tissue itself, I'll take you through a few better spots to roll to reduce IT band pain.

  • Saturday 7/4 - Full Body Band Burnout 2.0

    A total body workout to tone and induce muscle hypertrophy while being gentle on the joints.

    Props Needed: Light and heavy resistance band

    A spicy lower ab and oblique focused series.
