Welcome to the Pilates x Weights Program! This program is designed to build functional strength in your entire body! We'll use weights + time under tension principles to induce muscle hypertrophy in the big movers (especially the glutes!) as well as train the deep stabilizers, all while incorporating Pilates principles like breath, control, precision, and flow. We will also strengthen the deep core, improve joint mobility, and add short intentional cardio bursts to challenge our heart muscle. This program is progressive and meant to be repeated over and again!
